In the initial phase of the project, we commence work after the contract has been signed and the first installment has been paid.

1. Programming:

This is the first step in the design process. It involves discussing the goals and objectives for the space with you, the client. We'll talk about your vision for the space, your needs and wants, and any specific requirements you may have.

2. Schematic Design:

Once we have a clear understanding of your goals and objectives, we'll move on to the schematic design phase. This is where we'll start to develop a layout plan for the space. We'll take into account factors such as traffic flow, functionality, and aesthetics.

3. Design Development:

After we've agreed on a layout plan, we'll move on to the design development phase. This is where we'll share 10 design style templates with you to choose from. We'll build a presentation with reference pictures with two sets of designs as per the selected style by you.

4. Review and Approval:

Once we've developed a concept that you're happy with, we'll move on to the review and approval phase. We'll hold a meeting to discuss the first draft of the concept. If there are any changes or revisions that need to be made, we'll update the presentation and hold another meeting to close the design concept.

5. Construction Documentation:

After finalization of concept, 3D renderings are made. While 3D rendering is in process, we'll start working on detailed construction drawings, services layout and specifications.

6. Procurement:

Simultaneously work on material selection and procurement.

7. Construction Administration:

Finally, we'll deliver final set of detailed drawings and specifications on site to contractors for commencing work.
